Stylebotique accepts exchanges, returns, and refunds for purchases that were paid in full (non-discounted/non-SALE) within 1-2 days of delivery. Items purchased from this exclusion list are only eligible for exchange after 30 days of purchase if there is a manufacturing issue, as determined following a thorough Quality Check process, or if the item(s) received differ from their description. Reverse Pick-Up Policy
Our Reverse Pick-Up policy is easy, convenient, and hassle-free for our clients. At the point of transaction and throughout the returns and refunds procedure, we value our consumers. Our policy is created to make things easier, save you time, and give you confidence when placing a purchase.
For us to process your exchanges or refunds more quickly, please include your order number in the subject line.
Please ensure all returned items are packaged safely and securely to prevent loss or damage in transit.
After receiving your request, we will take up the item(s) in seven business days.
Once we get the item, we will handle your return or exchange request (s)
If you choose to exchange your order, we will ship your new one within 3-5 business days of receiving the old one.
Customers will need to return the item(s) to us if their pin code is not usable for reverse pick-up. The original invoice's reverse shipping address will continue to be used.
